Kathy Riggio is the best. She came prepared, organized and helped my in more ways than she truly had to. I live out of town and Kathy went above and beyond to help me secure a roofer and kept an eye on work that needed to be completed prior to selling the home. I could NOT have done this without her. The preparation on her estimate in setting the price of the property was extremely thorough and well thought out.
